Rohit Charan is a civil engineer with fourteen years on site — quality-control systems, ERP-driven planning, and an obsession with what sits behind the wall. RB Consultants builds homes and commercial spaces across Andhra Pradesh for families who need to trust the structure, not just the elevation.
For families in the US, Gulf and UK, building in India can feel like a leap of faith. Rohit engineers that risk out — one accountable engineer, structured reporting, and site control that means your home rises exactly as drawn while you watch from anywhere.
You speak with Rohit directly — not a call centre. One relationship from first drawing to final key, on your time zone.
You see the rebar before it's poured and the finishes before sign-off. No surprises waiting at handover.
Money moves only as work is verified and complete. Your investment is protected by structure, not by hope.
The same quality-control checklists and enterprise planning used on large commercial developments — on your home.
Every RB client gets a private project page — progress by stage, dated site photography, quality-control results, milestone payments and documents. No calls required to find out where things stand. This is a live preview of what you'd see.
Named projects across Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem and Visakhapatnam — apartments, gated townships, commercial blocks and amenity works.
Brief, site survey, drawings and a transparent itemised estimate — before commitments.
ERP scheduling, vendors locked, milestone payment plan agreed before a brick is laid.
On-site execution with dated photo and video updates, quality checks at every stage.
Snag-free completion, full documentation, ready to live in or operate from day one.
Own land in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana? Most families are sitting on value they never activate, usually because nobody has shown them the arithmetic. Compare selling, building to sell, building to hold — or joint development, where you contribute the land and put in no construction capital.
Immediate liquidity, zero effort, zero risk — and you cap your upside at today's rate.
Convert land into built units and sell. Higher return, requires construction capital and a builder you can trust.
Build and retain for rent. Slower payback, but a monthly income stream plus the appreciating asset.
You contribute the land, RB builds. You take an agreed share of the built area with no construction outlay.
An estimate without specifications is a guess with a number attached. Paste any quotation below — from us or from anyone else — and this runs it against the checklist a civil engineer would use. It looks for named grades, brands and exclusions, not price. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
Your report appears here — what the quote specifies, what it leaves vague, and the questions worth asking before you sign.
Straight answers, including the ones that don't flatter us. If your question isn't here, ask the concierge or call Rohit directly.
Rohit Charan founded RB Consultants after more than fourteen years as a practising civil engineer, executing and managing commercial buildings, residential developments, interiors and landscaping works across India — the work that happens after the drawings are signed and before the keys are handed over.
He spent eight years at Novus Construction and a year at Godha Developers under the mentorship of businessman Mr. Dharmender Varada — mastering quality-control systems, ERP software, construction planning and applied research in civil engineering. He works alongside architects and structural consultants across India — coordinating their design intent into what actually gets built on site, to specification.
RB Consultants is the result: technical precision paired with a generous, client-first way of working — the engineer you'd trust with the home you're building from the other side of the world.
We don't just build projects — we build trust, and relationships meant to last a lifetime.
“I live in the US and was worried about remote construction. Rohit sent regular updates with photos and clear explanations. That peace of mind was worth everything.”
